WARRANTY POLICIES

We offer a 24-month guarantee from the date of purchase for product errors purchased at official stores and official Youha partners in Indonesia. The first-year guarantee is spare parts and service guarantee, the second-year guarantee is a service guarantee
The guarantee only applies to spare parts units that have electronic components and are equipped with a valid and completely filled out warranty card.

Your warranty is non-transferable, non-negotiable, or non-transferable to a third party.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:

Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents​ in whatever manner caused

Improper storage

Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification of the product or components

Failure to comply with the operating instructions supplied with the product

Normal wear and tear, and
-
Overflowing of liquid (water/milk entry) into the main pump

Product defects by using the parts manufactured by other companies
Youha Indonesia reserves the right not to repair any pumps that do not match the condition stated or purchased from retailers not listed on Youha Indonesia website. Breast pumps sold by unauthorized resellers or purchased second-hand will not be repaired.

For repair of pumps due to causes other than factory defects, corresponding fees will be charged. The delivery fee is also cared for by the customer.

For the warranty claim procedure, you can contact the shop where you purchased the Youha pump for an initial assessment and purchase verification (cannot be done through other platforms, cannot be claimed by other people).

The intimate nature of the breast pump and parts prevent us from accepting returns, but we’re always here and happy to help you get the best pumping experience possible should you need any support. Please contact us and tell us your situation.
